The truth about success rates.
It’s the question on everyone’s mind, and it deserves a straight answer. Here is how we think about outcomes — and why we’ll never reduce your hope to a single, misleading number.
Live births per egg retrieval — the most patient-meaningful figure, counting a retrieval and all transfers from it.
Age-banded, always
Success drops with age — averaging it all together hides the truth. We show every band so you see your real picture.
The metric, named
Per retrieval, per transfer, or cumulative — each tells a different story. We always say which one you’re looking at.
Reported, not invented
Our cycle data is reported to SART and the CDC, the national registries every reputable clinic uses.
No false promises
We will never claim to be “#1” or guarantee a baby. We’d rather earn your trust than win your click.
A few things worth knowing.
- Per egg retrieval is usually the most meaningful figure — it counts a retrieval and every transfer that comes from it, including frozen-embryo transfers later.
- Per embryo transfer looks higher because it excludes cycles that never reached transfer. Higher isn’t better information — the denominator matters.
- Cumulative rates show the encouraging reality that many people succeed across more than one transfer from a single retrieval.
- Donor-egg outcomes stay high across recipient age, because the donor’s (younger) eggs drive the result.
- The optimal outcome is a single, full-term, healthy baby — which is why we favor single-embryo transfer.
Please read: Success rates shown on this template are illustrative figures for demonstration only and are NOT actual outcomes for any clinic. Individual results vary; success depends on age, diagnosis, and many other factors. A comparison of clinic success rates may not be meaningful because patient characteristics and treatment approaches differ from clinic to clinic. National data is reported to SART (Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology) and the CDC. Past results do not guarantee a future pregnancy or live birth.
